Dallas Tourney Acknowledgements

The Central US Premier League took place this past weekend in Dallas. I spent the whole weekend with the Austin team and got the chance to meet with Houston CL, Dallas CL, NTCA, Alamo City CL and Arkansas-Tennessee CL presidents and discussed the future cricket program in our region. The meetings were very healthy and I am glad to tell you that everyone had a decent plan to promote the cricket.

I would like to thank Anand Ganesan, who spent valuable time for this tournament and organized in my absence since I was busy due to my personal commitment.

Special thanks to Wali Bhai who took the Team Manager Job. I must say CTCL is lucky to have him. He was busy but took care of all the needs for the whole team since we left Austin and finish the tournament.

Thanks to selectors Hemant Thakkar, Zubair Hussain, and Humayun Bashir who selected the team in this short amount of time. Since Zubair Hussain and Humayun Bashir are the best active players, they took the responsibility to coach the future stars and honestly Austin team did good. I am sure all the guys enjoyed the tournament.

I would to like thank our sponsors Exin Security for $1000.00 and HCCA for $500.00. Without the support of people like you we would not be able to reach our goals.

We will discuss in our next meeting about to play with white ball game. During the presidents' meeting everyone was surprised that we are still playing with red balls. To compete with the advanced cricketers and to promote the cricket we must start playing with white balls.

Thanks,
Nasru
CTCL President
